We have ten offices across the UK as well an
office in Dublin specialising in professional indemnity and
personal injury advice called Beachcroft Dublin, an Irish
partnership, in order to implement the structure and
regulatory framework of the Irish legal system.
Our business in Wales, B2 from Beachcroft, specialises in
defending and managing claims on the part of insurers and the
self-insured.
More recently we acquired an office in Auckland, New Zealand as
part of our merger with WHCG.
We have also entered into a joint venture arrangement with the
leading Indian business law firm Khaitan Jayakar Sud & Vohra
(KJSV), which has offices in New Delhi, Mumbai and
Kolkata.
Our international strategy is designed to deliver a competitive,
cross-border service capability, driven by the needs of our clients
and focused on key European jurisdictions and certain emerging
markets.
This capability will be founded primarily on structured
relationships with independent, 'best friend' partner law
firms. In Europe we have now formalised these arrangements
with the following firms: J P Karsenty & Associes in
Paris; Bartolome & Briones in Barcelona, Madrid and Miami;
Praxislaw in Brussels; Puopolo Geffers & Partners in Milan,
Rome and Naples; SNP Schlawien Naab in Frankfurt, Munich, Berlin,
Duesseldorf, Leipzig and Bang + Regnarsen in Hamburg.
