Wendy specialises in insurance and reinsurance dispute resolution (particularly coverage and multi-jurisdictional issues) including major incident property damage and business interruption claims.

Wendy also has a substantial product liability practice, involving both insurance coverage and product exposure issues (including the defence of consumer group actions). Wendy also has experience in the fields of fraud (particularly in relation to financial products) and data protection compliance.

Wendy has presented numerous seminars on legal and insurance related topics including product liability, policy coverage and wording interpretation, Data Protection, fraud and evidence, contract claims and financial loss recovery.
