Trevor is a vastly experienced insurance litigator who, in addition to his busy legal practice, has held a variety of management roles within the firm. He is presently Head of Litigation and as such takes a leading role in both maintaining and developing Beachcroft’s client relationships with major insurers.

He continues to advise on a variety of insurance and related disputes and to act on a select number of professional indemnity disputes of which he has very wide and long-standing experience. He also advises on property based insurance disputes and continues to track developments in personal injury matters especially in relation to abuse claims.
