Tom Corrigan, Partner

Tom handles property-related insurance claims including fire, subsidence, flood and recoveries. He also advises on coverage issues and fraud.

Tom has acted in a large number of cases where insurers have successfully declined policy liability for fraud or breach of policy conditions. He has also drafted best practice recovery guidelines for insurers. Tom became a partner at Beachcroft in 1992.
