Since qualification, Sue has advised a range of major corporate clients, including many household names, on all aspects of employment law and she has appeared extensively as a solicitor advocate in employment tribunals throughout England and Scotland.

Sue has particular experience of advising on large scale redundancies, reorganisations, industrial action, executive severances, TUPE related litigation, high profile discrimination claims and the enforcement of restrictive covenants.

For many years, Sue has been actively involved with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, for whom she is regularly invited to speak at regional and national level.

Sue has developed a particular interest in the retail, transport and financial services sectors.

Sue became a partner in 1998.
