Stephen has extensive experience of advising parties in disputes in the fields of commercial contracts, shareholder disputes and directors' liabilities.

He also has expertise in technology claims, including IT suppliers, consultants and users; e-commerce, including domain name disputes, passing off and copyright; professional indemnity for solicitors, accountants and financial institutions, and banking and insolvency.

Stephen became a partner at Beachcroft in 1988.
