Stephen specialises in commercial property transactions and has acted extensively for the public and private sectors.

Stephen's broad experience includes handling the property aspects of major PFI transactions; the acquisition of leasehold properties; transactions for Government and aviation clients; handling national leasehold requirements, and overeeing major acquisitions for the retail sector. Stephen became a partner in 1987.
