Simon specialises in portfolio management transactions, acting for both landlords and tenants. His experience includes advising major national retailers and insurance brokers.

Simon also has broad experience of other property transactions including freehold acquisitions and disposals; options and site assembly; company re-organisations, and insolvency transactions. He became a partner in 2002.
