Robert Moss, Partner

Robert is the Regional Senior Partner for Manchester and specialises in commercial property-based litigation, particularly landlord and tenant disputes; property arbitrations; contract disputes; recoveries and property-related insolvency, including Law of Property Act receivers.

Robert also advises on contentious planning issues, specialising in compulsory purchase, and acting both for the acquiring authority and statutory objectors on various schemes.

He lectures to clients and surveyors, arbitrators, and lawyers on aspects of landlord and tenant law. Robert became a parter in 1990.
