Richard Evans, Partner

Richard's work is dominated by advising and acting for insurers in policy coverage disputes and other claims. His work encompasses fraud; fire and arson; building collapse; public and products liability; engineering, and environmental. He also advises on policy drafting. 

Richard leads the firm's major incident response programme for clients and is a CEDR Accredited Mediator. He lectures widely on insurance and litigation-related topics, especially fraud and non disclosure. Richard became a partner in 1981.
