Richard Beaty, Partner

Richard has considerable experience of professional negligence disputes, acting for a wide range of professionals domestically and internationally, particularly surveyors, engineers, contractors and architects.

Richard also has significant experience of international litigation, having handled large cross-border disputes and arbitrations on civil engineering and water treatment projects in the Middle East, Japan, Africa and Europe. He became a partner in 1996.
