Rachel Bolt is a partner in our strategic litigation unit specialising in test litigation and high-value property recovery.

Rachel acted for defendant insurers in The Accident Group test litigation and headed the successful team in the 2001 House of Lords '£1m tree' case of Delaware Mansions v City of Westminster.

Rachel has been a partner since 1998 and lectures on property recovery issues.
