Rachael Heenan, Partner

Rachael has vast experience as an advocate before employment tribunals throughout the UK.  Her particular areas of expertise include complex internal disciplinary proceedings, injunctions, unfair dismissal, race/sex/disability discrimination, working time and whistleblowing.

Rachael also advises on redundancy programmes, changes to terms and conditions, board level disputes/executive severances and strategic planning. She became a partner in 2004
