Pauline works in our technology and commerce unit providing advice on franchising; significant commercial contracts; outsourcing; information technology, and e-commerce.

Pauline specialises in national and international franchising for listed plcs and large corporates. She has advised clients on more than 150 franchised systems and developed a substantial computerised franchising database. She joined Beachcroft as a partner in 2003.
