Paula Cole, Partner

Paula specialises in all areas of contentious and non-contentious employment work. Expertise includes drafting employment-related documentation and dealing with issues arising out of the termination of employment, including advising on dismissals and executive severance packages, as well as advising on employment status and industrial disputes. 

A key area of Paula’s experience is TUPE, where she has advised on numerous corporate and PFI/PPP transactions.  She is an experienced advocate before both the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal.

She advises a wide spectrum of clients, including Government agencies, listed plcs, charities and owner-managed businesses. Paula is a frequent speaker at client seminars and industry conferences. She joined Beachcroft as a partner in 2002.
