Patrick has extensive experience of defending a range of professionals and institutions, including accountants, surveyors, financial advisers, insurance brokers and architects. He also has wide experience of handling claims concerning financial institutions and D&O, including domestic and international trust related claims as well as many other types of claim emanating from the banking and finance house sector.

Patrick has also advised insurers on the interpretation and adjustment of several complex high value contentious political risk claims based in different locations including Pakistan, Russia, Cuba, Gabon and Lebanon.
