Nicholas Chronias, Partner

Nick has broad experience of all areas of contentious and non-contentious employment law. He regularly appears as an advocate before employment tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal.  Nick also regularly advises on pensions law.

Nick has successfully acted for clients seeking or resisting interim relief applications, alongside undertaking other court work.

He has particular expertise in the Transfer of Undertakings Regulations, European law, Working Time law and all aspects of discrimination law. Nick writes, lectures and runs training on these subjects. He became a partner in 2003.
