Nathan Butcher, Partner

Nathan is an experienced litigator and member of the firm's Core Management Team with responsibility for the Marketing and Business Development Group and the Strategic Projects Team.

Nathan led the development and launch of Mutual Law; the firm's volume litigation management service. This involved the design and build of a new case management system; the introduction of a new methodology of work; new team and management structures; a new recruitment policy, and quality control and assurance procedures.

Nathan's Strategic Projects role includes responsibility for the firm’s strategic and operational project development strategy and implementation. Part of Nathan’s remit includes responsibility for practice group business planning. He has also helped develop Risk Counsel; a service which offers smart solutions for corporate organisations looking to properly manage risk and "Project Wow"; a wide ranging strategic and operational review of the firm’s employment practice group.

As head of the Marketing and Business Development Group, Nathan has responsibility for the firm's business development strategy which has resulted in the introduction of a new and highly regarded relationship management and client care programme.

He became a Partner in 2000.
