Michael is Regional Senior Partner for our Bristol office. He is listed as a leading individual by the Legal 500 and Chambers Directories.

He acts for a number of national and regional property companies, where he deals with complete land assembly and development as well as investment and funding issues. His experience includes advising the leading provider of outsourced residential property solutions for Universities, Colleges and Health Trusts and he has extensive expertise in this major area of public private partnership procurement. 

Michael is also lead partner for several portfolio management clients, both landlords and multiple occupiers. He became a partner at Beachcroft in 1986.
