Mark undertakes transactional, regulatory and corporate governance work, advising on EU and UK competition law, take-overs, joint ventures and mergers. He advises financial services clients on corporate governance and regulatory aspects.

Mark also advises on joint ventures, affinity agreements and share and business acquisitions. He became a partner at Beachcroft in 1998.
