Malcolm Austwick, Partner

Malcolm is the head of our projects department and is listed as a 'leading individual' for Projects/PFI in Chambers Directory 2001/2002.

Malcolm's major areas of expertise include key worker schemes, local government outsourcing, and PPP/PFI procurement projects. He has led numerous projects including accommodation schemes in the health and MOD sectors. Malcolm became a partner in 1988.
