Laurence has extensive experience of all aspects of corporate and corporate finance work including mergers; acquisitions; disposals; joint ventures; new issues; management buy-outs and buy-ins, and shareholders dispute.

Laurence has developed strong transactional skills and frequently leads negotiations on behalf of clients. He became a partner at Beachcroft in 1987.
