Ken Forsyth, Partner

Ken is a partner in the litigation division and acts primarily in commercial disputes for our commercial clients. In addition to acting in all the civil courts, he acts in ICC arbitrations, statutory arbitrations, tribunals and various types of ADR. 

Much of Ken's work arises from contractual disputes and a significant amount has an international element. He became a partner at Beachcroft in 1995.
