John Newman, Partner

John specialises in corporate risk including all aspects of disease claims, product liability claims, general employers laibility matters and, in particular, safety, health and environment (SHE) matters.

As a partner in the firm's Risk Counsel team, John advises on managing risk expenditure by effective claims handling, collection of management information and its application to management of risk to avoid accidents.

John has dealt with all aspects of personal injury work including claims of the highest value and lectures on various matters including emerging risk in corporate governance.

He became a partner at Beachcroft in 1986.
