Jane Hayden-Smith, Partner

Jane specialises in employment work, acting predominantly for employers in both contentious and non-contentious matters. She advises employers on the full range of employment issues, including board room disputes; race sex and disability discrimination; unfair dismissal claims; TUPE; redundancy, and general contract matters. 

Jane has regularly undertaken advocacy for employers in the Employment Tribunal, and is actively involved in providing training sessions for clients on employment issues. Jane has a particular interest in the NHS, having acted for large number of NHS employers. She became a partner in 1998.
