James Morris, Partner

James is National Zurich Contact Partner managing the firm's relationship with Zurich. James handles substantial value claims for a number of Insurers particularly for the Zurich Group. James is working closely with Zurich and their key Corporate accounts on developing their strategy on claims handling and proactive claims management.

James has a particular interest in EL\PL claims and bodily injury claims of a catastrophic nature. He recently handled a substantial 4 million pound brain injury claim. The largest reserved bodily injury case for the insurer to date. James is also currently handling a serious multi party action involving numerous family and bystander psychiatric claims.
