Hilary Larter, Partner

Hilary specialises in both contentious and non-contentious employment law with particular expertise in unfair and wrong dismissal; redundancy; sex, disability, and race discrimination; employment tribunal representations; TUPE; contracting out and preparing and advising on service agreements.

Hilary's clients include health authorities; NHS trusts, universities and a number of corporate clients.

She lectures on employment law updates to the CIPD and the Association of Healthcare Human Resource Management. She also lectures on human rights issues and the Race Relations Amendment Act. Hilary became a partner in 2001.
