Graham has a broad range of expertise in most commercial property matters but specialises in Land Options and Conditional Contracts for commercial and residential developments.

He has acted on a land assembly site of 650 acres for a developer with some 28 option agreements and has also acted on a sale and leaseback instruction for in excess of £24M.

Graham has also worked on property-related matters in the sand and gravel/waste industry involving extraction licences.  In the past Graham has done property work for a large firm of waste operators involving waste disposal contracts in Bristol, London and Leicester.
