Glenn Miller, Partner

Glenn has wide-ranging commercial litigation expertise, with extensive experience of advising insurers of policy issues, coverage, and recovery actions. He has a particular expertise in fraud and arson.

As well as dealing with liability matters generally for insurers, Glenn has developed expertise in claims involving sex abuse, acting for local authorities, various dioceses of the Catholic Church and charities. He has also defended several educational claims on behalf of local authorities and their insurers.

Glenn has lectured at the Forum of Arson Investigators and to the Gardiner Associates (Fire Service Training).
