Giles Hindle, Partner

Giles is head of the Bristol Corporate Recovery and Insolvency department, he has extensive experience of dealing with all types of corporate and personal insolvency, both contentious and non-contentious.

Giles has particular expertise in asset tracing and recovery and in insolvency litigation including, wrongful trading and misfeasance actions and antecedent transaction litigation. He became a partner in 2005.
