Duncan Greenwood, Partner

Duncan acts on behalf of all professionals, particularly solicitors; brokers; surveyors; accountants; architects; engineers, and financial intermediaries. He acts for a variety of national insurers; Lloyds syndicates; mutual funds and major professional firms, both directly and through captives.

Duncan's range of expertise covers both contentious and non-contentious issues; the latter including the provision of advice on general insurance, policy wording/coverage issues and on PI policy scheme formations and management.

Whilst experienced in both litigation and ADR, he also represents a number of individual professionals in dispute with their relevant professional bodies or associations. Duncan became a partner in 1995.
