Diane Hallatt, Partner

Diane specialises in medical negligence; coroners inquests; serious untoward incidents; internal and external inquiries, and all aspects of medical and health service law.

She has extensive experience in the public sector and the NHS, with particular expertise in public administrative law, corporate and clinical governance issues. Diane also advises in mental health; consent; children; care in the community; data protection, and ethical issues. She joined Beachcroft as a partner in 1995.
