David Esam, Partner

David specialises in portfolio management and landlord and tenant work, acting for both landlords and tenants. He has particular expertise in shopping centres, where he has been responsible for the management, extension, alteration, and disposal of several large centres.

David is also regularly involved in investment purchases and sales. He became a partner at Beachcroft in 2000.
