Chris Doran, Partner

Chris has considerable experience in all forms of construction,  engineering and general contractual and tortious commercial disputes in the High Court (Technology and Construction Court), arbitration (both domestic and international), adjudication and mediation.

Chris also has experience of professional indemnity litigation involving architects, project manager/employer’s agents, quantity surveyors and engineers.  He regularly works with employers and project professionals during complex projects and provides risk management advice to those professionals during ongoing projects.  Chris became a partner in 2005.
