Charles Newman, Partner

Charles has a wealth of experience in all areas of contentious and non-contentious employment work, with particular expertise in TUPE, executive terminations, and pensions employment tribunal claims. 

He works closely with our projects department on the employment aspects of PFI schemes, outsourcing and other projects work.

Charles is a regular speaker at internal and external seminars and regularly writes for the HR and legal press. He joined as a partner in 2000.
