Brendan specialises in policy coverage disputes; technical and engineering litigation; fire and fraud claims; public and products liability issues; substantial commercial property disputes; jurisdictional issues, and major incident management.

Brendan has handled many high profile cases on behalf of insurers and has extensive experience of mediation and ADR. He became a partner at Beachcroft in 1999 and regularly lectures to clients.
