Anne advises public and private sector clients on a broad range of commercial contracting matters. Anne has particular expertise in relation managed services; outsourcing; data protection; research and development; IT and medical equipment contracts. She was recently lead partner on the

Hospital (
Belfast) medical equipment and IT managed service PFI (the largest stand alone IT/medical equipment PFI to sign to date). She is currently advising independent sector providers on ISTC and ISTC type arrangements for the delivery of clinical services to NHS patients and on a joint venture between NHS and independent providers for the delivery of diagnostic procedures. Anne provides support to clients at all stages of the procurement process, including advice on EU procurement legislation; tender documentation and procedures; avoiding or bringing challenges to process under EU and national law; compliance with NHS and departmental requirements; legacy management; deal structure and negotiation; evaluation and award criteria and all issues arising during contract award, negotiation and subsequent implementation.
