Andrew Marsh, Partner

Andrew is Head of the Northern Construction and Engineering Team.

Andrew has extensive experience of dispute resolution for those engaged in the construction and engineering sector, including employers, general contractors, architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, project managers, design and build contractors and specialist sub-contractors. Andrew also regularly advises major insurance clients on CAR and liability claims arising on construction and engineering projects, both domestic and overseas.

Andrew has a particular interest in alternative methods of dispute resolution and is very experienced in the resolution of disputes by mediation. He has been involved recently in the successful resolution of two major disputes by mediation in Turkey and Australia.
