Alison Key, Partner

Alison has undertaken a wide variety of commercial property matters including numerous acquisitions and disposals of both freehold and leasehold properties for the private and public sector including options and conditional contracts.

Alison acted for a client in their Shopping Centre and Factory Outlet Centre Portfolios for a number of years including acting in connection with redevelopment issues, letting anchor units and catering facilities.

Alison is responsible for managing a team of lawyers involved in the management work for three large regional shopping centres and nine factory outlet centres.  She became a Partner in 2004.
