Nathalie is an international lawyer, qualified in France and a European Registered Lawyer, who has extensive experience in advising clients operating in general commercial matters, communications, e-commerce and information technology sectors in EMEA and globally.

Nathalie mainly advises on a variety of commercial transactions and sector specific agreements including network, supply, managed services, maintenance and software licensing, corporate transactions, French and EU competition advice, regulatory procedures and licensing for telecommunications, TV cable and satellite operators. She regularly advises on multi-jurisdictional projects including on franchising, distribution, outsourcing and data protection as well as on employment matters related to outsourcing.

Nathalie has strong expertise in advising on World Bank and EBRD legal reform and commercial projects in EMEA, Asia (India and China) and Latin America and is registered as an accredited legal consultant with both organisations. Nathalie regularly publishes articles on IT and Telecoms legal issues. She is fluent in Spanish, French, English with a working knowledge of Russian.
