Kate specialises in defending with the more serious offences prosecuted under the Road Traffic Act 1988 and catastrophic injury claims.

She leads the firm's national Motor Prosecutions Unit.

Kate also provides presentation at Inquests and deals with claims brought under the Fatal Accidents Act and Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act.

She presents seminars to insurers concerning defending criminal prosecutions and Fatal Accidents and the legislation.
