Medical Reporting Organisations
Beachcroft has assisted insurers involved in the Civil Justice Council mediation on medical agency fees, which resulted in settlement of the appeal in Woolard v Fowler. The terms are incorporated into the Medical Reporting Organisations (MRO) Agreement.
